This presentation will lead you through many of the common transitions of a youth with disabilities. We will discuss what to prepare for in the different stages and possible resources. Tools will be provided for instilling self-advocacy in youth with disabilities. The attendees should leave the webinar with the needed resources to prepare youth with disabilities to be as independent as possible.
