Transition and Self-Advocacy: Journey to Independence

Join us for the last session of a four part series on Transition and Self-Advocacy. This presentation will lead you through many of the common transitions of youth with disabilities. We will discuss what to prepare for in the different stages and possible resources. Tools will be provided for instilling self-advocacy in youth with disabilities. The attendees should leave the webinar with the needed resources to prepare youth with disabilities to be as independent as possible.
