Social distancing has increased the amount of stress for families of children, youth and adults with disabilities to seek more guidance in meeting the needs of their loved ones with disabilities. Now more than ever, parents have to navigate information and services. This parent led webinar will provide resources that have been helping in meeting the needs of youth and young adults with disabilities who are or will be transitioning from high school to post high school. The featured speakers will be a parent of two young adults with disabilities and two young adult self-advocates, Dan Lewis and Taylor Carley, all of which who have had direct experience in the transition to adulthood.
