The Creating Your Own Path: Successful Transitions for Persons with Autism is going virtual this year! We are unable to have an in person conference this year due to Covid-19 but still want to provide you with information relevant to current issues.

You should receive a confirmation e-mail corresponding with
each session for which you register.

The importance of transitions for those with autism cannot be stressed enough and doesn't happen overnight. The objective of this conference is to provide parents, advocates, professionals, and people with autism the opportunity to learn about resources and evidence-based best practices regarding planning and executing successful transitions.



Approved Continuing Education Credits
 
IMPORTANT: Conference Sessions will be recorded and available for viewing later. However, continuing education credits are only available for those attending the live webinars. Continuing education credits will not be available to those viewing recorded sessions.

5 hours total (1 hour per session) approved by DMH-PLACE for DMH Mental Health Therapist, DMH Addiction Therapist, DMH Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Therapist, Licensed DMH Administrator, DMH Community Support Specialist

5 hours total (1 hour per session) approved by Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for Nursing Home Administrator 

.5 hours approved by Mississippi College for University/Education CEU's (must attend all five webinars/sessions)    

4 hours approved by Mississippi Board of Examiners and Marriage & Family Therapists for Social Work (Autism in Emergency Management is not approved)
