During this month’s meeting, we will discuss what antecedents to behavior are. Participants will be given a walk through on how to identify triggers to negative emotions and inappropriate behavior, tips on ways to prevent these antecedents/triggers, and ways to calm when prevention wasn’t obtainable. There will be opportunities for questions and discussion.
