The transition from childhood to adulthood—from school to employment—is a major transition that can seem overwhelming. When school ends, parents often report feeling like they have come to a transition cliff, rather than a launching pad with a trajectory to the future. When faced with a daunting project, often the only way to move forward is to break it into manageable chunks, this presentation will help parents learn the steps and start planning for their child's future.
